Matinee at the Rochdale Theatre: “Cagebirds”

TIME: 2.00 p.m.
COST: $15 per person
Lismore Theatre Company proudly presents a play by respected English playwright, David Campton, which explores the themes of human behaviour, freedom and oppression.
It features great actors and is directed by Andrew (Duckie) Allcock.
Should make this a very interesting production. Suggest some car pooling and book early!

How about a visit to our own Lismore Botanic Gardens?

Explore the Gardens DATE: Wednesday, June 13th
TIME: 10.30 a.m.
COST: $2 per person — tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.
We begin with a powerpoint production explaining the origins of the gardens, its history etc. followed by a short, or not so short, walk through the gardens, led by the volunteers, including our own Geoff Walker.
Lismore U3A will give a donation of $50.00 to the Botanic Gardens/Lismore Council to assist the volunteers.
