We will be focusing on extending our Spanish vocabulary and improving our listening and speaking skills using a variety of written and audio resources.

Come along and learn the basics of the Spanish Language. This course would be good if you are planning to travel to a Spanish-speaking country, or if you just want the challenge of learning another language. We will be using the textbook "Easy Spanish Step-by-Step" by Barbara Bregstein. You can purchase the book online for about $20, or I can do that for you after you sign up for the class.

NEW - Strength Training Exercise Starts: 29 January

Strength training exercise helps you burn fat and tone muscle, and can also increase bone density, and help alleviate stress and depression. Tailored to meet the needs of mature participants, this course is designed for people who want to get started — and stay motivated — lifting hand-held weights.
Whether you are a total beginner or have prior experience, this on-going class will offer you new skills and group support to make real improvements to your well-being.

Aquatic Fitness Class
Continues throughout the year except for Public Holidays. Please contact Jenny for times during school holidays.

Join a friendly group of U3A NR members interested in learning how best to use popular computers, smart phones and tablets.
The topics discussed each week will be advertised ahead of time on E-Board.
More experienced people will help less experienced members handle computer problems, using terms that we mature-aged can understand.
Members can also share interesting computer and smart phone tips and tricks, learn about useful Web sites and pick up interesting snippets of information.
Drop into CUG any Monday in term time.
