    "Hatha yoga" is the style I teach which is suitable for everyone, or, Yoga for Health".
    Expect a slower-paced stretching-focused class with some basic breathing exercises.
    Hatha classes are a good place to work on your alignment, learn relaxation techniques and become comfortable with doing yoga while building strength and flexibility.

    Please bring your own mat, cushion and blankets as needed.
    Hand sanitiser available.
